Of all of the treats we produce, one has reached cult-like status- The Oatmeal Cream Pie, or the OCP. A twist on the gas station snack of our youth, but made so much better. Two buttery oatmeal cookies kiss a layer of vanilla oat milk buttercream, making the perfect treat for any occasion.
